Find out more about what the Guild has to offer. The programme of events for 2002, includes overseas and UK tours and events and activities for embroiderers nationwide. Workshop tutors will be demonstrating their skills and talking about workshops in the Spring programme.

There will be hourly tours of the Embroiderers' Guild Museum Collection with a curator on hand to tell you more about specific items in the collection and how they are being carefully documented.

This is a great chance to make pre-Christmas purchases in the Guild Bookshop which contains a wide selection of specialist books for all stitch and textile enthusiasts. A small selection of sale books will also available. There is also a unique opportunity to browse through and purchase unusual materials and threads.

Throughout the day you will be able to see a video of the recent international 'art of the STITCH' exhibition. 'Generation' exhibition is also featured, but why not see the real thing by visiting the opening day of the exhibition at Kingston Museum which is easily accessible. Refreshments are available throughout the day.
