together with your payment in full (cheques made payable to EG Enterprises Ltd). On receipt of the booking form a letter of confirmation will be sent to you providing further details on menu choices and special needs requirements. Further information will be sent out to you a few weeks before the event. The person who signs the booking form must be at least 18 years of age.

Cancellation Charges: The following charges are applicable and are calculated on the day written notification is received at the Embroiderers' Guild offices and expressed hereafter as a percentage of the total payment.

• 56 days or more before departure: retention of £25.00 administration fee.
• 42-55 days before the event: 30% (70% refund)
• 28-41 days before the event: 60% (40% refund)
• 14-27 days before the event: 90% (10% refund)
• Less than 14 days before the event: 100% (no refund)

Cancellation by the Embroiderers' Guild: In the very unlikely event of the Embroiderers' Guild cancelling any part of the 2 day AGM event 2004, a refund of the monies for that part of the event will be made. The Embroiderers' Guild reserves the right to cancel the event if the minimum numbers contracted by venues are not reached, but will cancel not later than 6 weeks prior to the event unless due to political unrest, hostilities, adverse weather conditions or force majeure (storm, flood, fire, earthquake, landslide, avalanche, natural or nuclear disaster, act of God, act of Government, authority insurrection, terrorist activities or illegality, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, failure of or damage to machinery, breach of contract by a third party, or the act of omission of a third party calculated to interfere with the performance of our obligations which is outside our control).
