I am delighted to see The World of Embroidery including information and articles on using computer software and sewing machines as aids to design and stitch. The impact that graphics programs and computerised sewing machines will have on the way we work cannot be over-emphasised with computers playing greater roles all the time. Well done The World of Embroidery for paving the way for us into the technological age.

I'm surprised that they have taken so long to include such articles, particularly as the present editor and the previous editor have been using computer systems for their embroidery designs since 1993 at least. You should contact the CTDG if you are really keen on this topic.
